A few things people often ask before they begin.
Do I need any prior experience to join?
The First Steps in AI program is suitable for complete newcomers — no prior coding or mathematics background is expected. If you're joining the Hands-On Machine Learning program, a little coding familiarity is helpful but not essential. We'll always point you toward the right starting place.
How long does each program take?
First Steps in AI typically spans 6–8 weeks for most learners. Hands-On Machine Learning runs 8–10 weeks. The Complete AI Developer Program is usually 12–16 weeks. Because each program is self-paced, your actual timeline will depend on how much time you can give each week — and that's completely fine.
Are the programs fully online?
Yes. All program materials, exercises, and mentor communication happen online, so you can study from anywhere. Our team is based in Chiang Mai and you're welcome to visit us, but attendance in person is never required.
What are the program fees and how do I pay?
Program fees are ฿3,600 for First Steps in AI, ฿5,700 for Hands-On Machine Learning, and ฿7,900 for the Complete AI Developer Program. Payment details are shared after you complete the enrolment enquiry form. We accept standard Thai bank transfers and major cards.
What support is available while I'm studying?
Each program includes mentor feedback on your exercises and access to a small learner community forum. You can ask questions at any point. Mentors typically respond within one working day, and we aim to make sure no one feels stuck or unsupported.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. We only collect information you provide through the enrolment form, and we use it solely to manage your programme access and communicate about your study. Your data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
